Strategic Partnerships

That's why a strategic partnership with the Berlinale is worthwhile for you!

The Strategic Partnerships department brings the Berlin International Film Festival together with partners from all over the world.

With thousands of accredited persons from business and media as well as over 330,000 tickets on sale, the Berlinale is the largest public film festival in the world (A-Festival according to FIAPF Association).

Long-term sustainable partnerships and sponsorship are essential for financing, alongside public funding and ticket sales.

The Berlinale is more than just an international film festival in February: we are equally passionate mediators between culture and brands.

We have a meaningful and business-promoting effect throughout the year and beyond Germany's borders.

We develop innovative services with high-reach formats and charge our partner brands and the Berlinale brand with positive emotions.

That's what drives us: partnership-based cooperation at eye level and the courage to think things new, big and, above all, interconnected.

This is where you come in: whether you are an agency, start-up or medium-sized company with innovative services and products or an international corporation. Also football clubs and cultural institutions: we can look back at roughly 70 years of partnerships and can develop customised concepts with you.

We are just a phone call or an e-mail away from you.
